With today’s abundance of technology, parks are not near as popular as they once were. However, that may change for you and your clan after a visit to The Little Children’s Park. The perfect place for some outdoor fun, the park boasts typical playground equipment, such as swings and slides, as well as some not-so-typical pieces, like a zip line. Take a look:

Located on Washington Avenue in Ocean Springs, The Little Children’s Park is just a short drive from the beach, making it the perfect detour on your next beach day.

However, upon closer inspection, you’ll quickly realize there are lots of little touches that make this park unique – one of which is a mommy-and-me swing.

The Sway Fun Glider, which is the first wheelchair-accessible glider that meets all safety standards, is another unique feature.

And don’t forget about the giant xylophone.

BBQ grills and picnic tables are also among the park’s amenities.

And since the grounds are naturally landscaped with oak, pecan, sycamore, and cedar trees, it’s as beautiful as it is fun, making it even easier to spend an entire day at the park.
