This winter, a traveling Sistine Chapel Exhibit will let you see some of the world’s most famous art like never before. Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition will be held at the Mall of America from November 13, 2020 to January 31, 2021.

The exhibition showcases near life-size reproductions of frescoes from the famous chapel.

Guests have the opportunity to see these frescoes much closer than is possible at the real Sistine Chapel. It’s a wonderful way to see the details on the paintings.

Instead of looking up at Michelangelo’s breathtaking ceiling frescoes, you’ll be able to get much closer. Famous works like The Creation of Adam or The Last Judgment are seen in a whole new way.

The exhibit is open every day at 11 a.m. It is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Tickets are on sale now. Adult tickets are $19, senior, military, and student tickets are $14, children over 5 are $12, and children under 5 are free.
