The restaurant opened in Summer 2019 and has since become many people’s go-to spot for a sausage and a beer. The unique eatery is named after Otto von Bismarck, the Prince of Bismarck and the first chancellor of the German empire. He famously loved to eat.

Although the restaurant pulls inspiration from several regions of Europe, there’s a specific focus on Germany. On the menu, you’ll find several iconic German dishes including giant pretzels, schnitzel, spaetzle, and currywurst.

Each dish is made with the German tradition in mind but with a uniquely modern twist. The bratwurst is especially popular and it comes served with German red cabbage (“rotkohl”) and sour apple.
