California Burritos has a few different locations, but the one we’re focused on today is in Nashua. Housed in an unsuspecting, blue, square building, this place is unexpectedly awesome and offers just one more reason why you can never judge a book by its cover.

And the menu here offers a fun model. Everything is totally customizable. First you’ll choose your entree. They offer burritos, burrito bowls, tacos (soft or hard shell), quesadillas or salads.

From here you’ll choose a protein, tortilla, salsa, and filling. Next up choose something to finish with. You can select from jalapénos, romaine lettuce, cheese, sour cream, onions, chipotle ranch, or Guacamole.

In addition to totally customizable entrees, they also offer specialties like these carne asada fries, which come with french fries, steak, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, pico de gallo, and salsa verde. You might think fries are a side, but not with this hearty dish!

California Burritos has a few different location other than the Nashua original and you can check them out by visiting their website. Be sure to follow them on Facebook, too. The Nashua location is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. They can be reached on 603-718-8745.
