Bait and tackle are some of the biggest sellers, which makes sense since the store is located on the banks of Lake Washington.

In addition to bait and tackle, the store carries convenience goods, groceries, hardware, and some odds and ends from the good ol’ days. Oh, and did we mention they carry three flavors of Moon Pies?!

But remember, it’s not just Moon Pies you can fill up on at Roy’s Store. The on-site café serves up southern breakfasts as well as catfish, cheeseburgers, and more.

With several different dining areas, there’s plenty of space for patrons to comfortably enjoy the café’s tasty fare.

There’s more to Roy’s Store than shopping and dining, though. The grounds are home to some incredible pieces of history, too.

One of the most noticeable is an old shrimp boat, which makes a great photo-op.

There’s also a charming little post office, which was built by the store’s owner in the 1980s, as well as several rental cabins, so you can stay as long as you’d like.
