Made up of 6-million acres, New York’s Adirondack Park is full of hidden gems and attractions that residents from all around the state come to experience. While The Wild Center remains open throughout the majority of each year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, their doors had been forced to stay shut until recently.

So, how will this work while the coronavirus is still active? Well, the actual Wild Center, cafe, and store will remain closed to the public, but as of July 15th, 2020, you can now get back to exploring The Wild Walk.

One of the best outdoor attractions that you’ll ever have the pleasure to explore, The Wild Walk is now back open by reservation only and there a few things about this experience that will be a bit different this year.

Those who get out to explore The Wild Center during 2020 will be required to keep a social distance from others while they’re here and wear a face covering.

You’ll also find more hand sanitizing stations set up around the walk and they’ve gone cashless - so you’ll want to keep that in mind!
