Through well-preserved buildings, restored equipment, historic exhibits, and a self-guided tour, this attraction brings a rich experience to history-loving visitors.

All in all, the park contains four of the original major mining companies in the area. Covering 100 acres, it was these companies that would turn Tonopah into “Queen of the Silver Camps” and secure the town’s place in Nevada’s history books.

All of the buildings in the park are open for visitors to walk around in and explore. Restoration of these century-old buildings is always taking place, so revisiting the park always brings in new adventures! Fresh exhibits are also constantly being added to the park.

Inside the park’s Visitor Center you can peruse a bookstore, historic mining equipment, and a small movie theater. It also contains an impressive black light mineral display for all the rockhounds out there to enjoy.

Best of all, a visit to this fascinating park is super affordable, making it the perfect destination for families and groups. Open seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, admission is just $5 for adults, $3 for seniors and children 8-17, and free for children under 7, active military, and veterans.
