Palace Diner in Biddeford is one of Maine’s most beloved institutions. Around sine 1927, it was built by the Pollard Company and was moved to Biddeford where it has spent all its life. And, fun fact, it’s one of just two Pollard cars in the country!

Today the diner is owned by Greg Mitchell and Chad Conley who reopened it in 2014. It’s a thriving part of the southern Maine community and we’re lucky to have it. But what’s the best part?
