Rated as a moderate hike, this 2.4-mile loop trail leads hikers on an easygoing journey through a beautiful wooded area. The glorious beauty of Nevada County is all around you. However, the natural setting isn’t the only thing you’ll love about this trail.

The Hardrock Trail takes you right past some of the historic park’s most fascinating relics. In fact, remnants of the old Pennsylvania Mine are among one of the first things you’ll see as you embark on the trail.
