While the ambiance might not make you feel as though you’ve stepped off a plane in Germany, the food here certainly will! And it’s lovely to enjoy it with the sun streaming in from outside at one of their many window seats.

When you walk in, head straight for the counter where you’ll order from the large board on the wall. Then, they’ll fill a plate for you to take to your table. And you can expect your portion to fill you up! They’re huge for the price you’re paying.

And of course they offer one of the best wiener schnitzels you’ll find. This breaded, deep-fried lean pork meal comes with two side dishes and costs a totally reasonable $8.99.
