This year has been full of change. Numerous businesses have closed and countless events canceled. Luckily, the Rotary Winter Wonderland doesn’t fall into either category. That’s right; the beloved holiday light show will be returning in 2020. There will be a few changes, of course, to keep everyone safe. Held at Wildwood Park and Zoo in Marshfield, Rotary Winter Wonderland has been getting people into the holiday spirit since beginning in 2006.

Just a couple of weeks ago, the announcement was made that Rotary Winter Wonderland’s 15th season would go off without a hitch. The 2020 festivities will take place nightly, November 27th - December 31st.

During the beloved annual event, Wildwood Zoo and Park transforms into a holiday wonderland.

One of the best things about the festive celebration, though, is the fact that it’s for a good cause – providing food to food pantries.

In fact, part of the reason the event is being held in spite of the pandemic is that food pantries need donations now, more than ever before.

Of course, a few changes have been made to ensure everyone’s safety. For example, this year’s event won’t include horse-drawn rides, visits with Santa, or Gingerbread Jamz (live musical performances).
