The restaurant partners with a number of regional farms in the area, including Bracco Farms, Dagele Farms, and Sweetman’s Farm. They also partner with Soons Orchard, Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery, Northern Farmhouse Pasta, and Noble Coffee.
