Hop on a toboggan and glide down the chute on the frozen Mirror Lake. If you think this is just for kids, think again! Tobogganers sometimes slide up to 1,000 feet after reaching the base of the lake.

Head to the Tug Hill region and you’ll find dozens of miles of horse trails, great camping spots, the Beaver River Canoe Route (a popular area for paddling) and Lake Bonaparte, which has 24 miles of shoreline.
