Snow is a rare sight across much of Texas, so walking in a winter wonderland requires some creativity. Waterproof, a popular rooftop bar in Dallas, turns into “Winterproof” every December, complete with private igloos and festive drinks. It officially opens for the season next week, so get ready!

Situated on the 19th floor of the Statler Hotel in Dallas, Waterproof is a poolside bar by day and upbeat rooftop lounge come nightfall. It features sweeping panoramic views of the city, which you can enjoy from the comfort of a private igloo during winter.

Details are yet to come, but we know themed cocktails are on the agenda. It doesn’t get much better than a warm, boozy beverage to be enjoyed with friends and family in your own personal snow globe.
