But there are many more Minnesota wineries to discover. One favorite of many Minnesotans is a place called Four Daughters Vineyard & Winery. Four Daughters Winery is a popular winery in Spring Valley, Minnesota. It’s about 110 miles southeast of the Twin Cities, near the Iowa border. Though it’s a bit of a drive from most Minnesotans, it would make an excellent day trip. There are many other places in the area to explore!

The winery is nestled in some of Minnesota’s most scenic farmland. You’ll be impressed by the wide-open beauty surrounding you on all sides. It’s absolutely breathtaking.

There are two places at the winery to enjoy the offerings. The indoor space is perfectly comfortable and a great spot for cold-weather visits. But in the summer, the outdoor patio is the place to be. This sunny spot is the perfect space to enjoy your choice in wine.

The patio looks out over the vineyard fields. You’ll be face-to-face with the very land that produced the drinks you’re sipping. It’s beautiful!

Speaking of drinks, Four Daughters has plenty of great choices on offer. If you’re a cider fan, you can try several varieties of Loon Juice, a favorite locally made Minnesota cider.
