Last year we were delighted to share the North Forest Lights exhibit as well as its return this season. This year, Crystal Bridges has added even more to their festive North Forest! Rent your own snow globe, sip on hot drinks (or cocktails), and enjoy the lights in this one-of-a-kind holiday experience in Arkansas.

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is hosting their second season of the North Forest Lights. This season has an extra treat for anyone looking to get into the holiday spirit - rentable snow globes!

Crystal Bridges The North Forest Lights exhibit is truly a unique experience held outdoors. The project was a partnership between the museum and Moment Factory, a Canadian-based multimedia studio. Moment Factory was founded in 2001 and has created all sorts of stunning light shows including concerts, halftime shows, and events all around the world similar to North Forest Lights.

The giant snow globes will offer guests an extra special addition to their North Forest experience.

Facebook/Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art The globes can hold up to eight guests and include quite a few perks, in addition to having VIP entry to the North Forest! You’ll snuggle inside a cozy see-through snow globe complete with lights, blankets, savory and sweet selections from the Chef’s Menu, drinks from the Snow Globe Bar (which includes cocktails, beer, wine, and warm beverages), and a Snow Globe Concierge.

Don’t forget you still have the whole North Forest to explore!

Facebook/North Forest Lights at Crystal Bridges After your magical snow globe stay, take the dazzling trail through the North Forest. The trail has five different installations that all aim to reconnect you to nature through light and sound.

Each installation is a unique way to connect nature and technology. The experience changes with every visit!

Google/Jacob Hess One of the features of the Forest is called the Whispering Tree. The tree’s lights change according to the “color” of your voice. The tree reacts differently to everyone and can change colors based on what you say or sing to the tree.

Multiple measures are in place to make sure the magic of the snow globes stay safe for everyone.

Facebook/21c Museum Hotel Bentonville Masks were already required for the North Forest but additional safety measures have been extended to the globes. Face coverings must be worn at all times (except for drinking/eating inside the globes), all servers will wear masks and gloves too! The snow globes, seating, blankets, and surfaces are all fully sanitized before each use as well.

We were already ecstatic about roaming the North Forest this winter but the snow globes make this experience even more magical!

Crystal Bridges The snow globes can be reserved by visiting Crystal Bridges’ website. They are $109/person and can hold up to eight guests. This includes three hours in the globe, VIP tickets to the North Forest, and a food and drink package.
