Are you ever curious about days gone by? For example, what was the holiday season like for those who lived in West Virginia one hundred (or even two hundred) years ago? Well, now you can find out the answer to these pressing questions with a daytime or candlelight tour of Pricketts Fort!

Pricketts Fort State Park is a living history museum located near Fairmont, West Virginia that features a recreation of the original 18th-century Pricketts Fort that provided shelter for early European settlers to the region.

The candlelight tour includes both the fort itself and the 19th-century Job Prickett House. There will even be live period music at the visitor center during this event.
