We always love recycling, and most Kansans would agree that it’s always better to use an old building than to leave it to disrepair. 1887 was a long time ago, but this old building has stood the test of time to become a train station restaurant in Kansas. Although the Pequabuck Tunnel aka Terryville Tunnel, nicknamed “the mile-long tunnel” technically measures in at under a mile at 3,580 feet long (0.68 miles), it is considered the state’s longest tunnel.
