There’s no shortage of scenic ocean vistas on the Oregon Coast. You’ll find large, sandy beaches and small, rocky coves all along the 363 miles of coastline here, and it’s all picturesque. There’s a beautiful beach along the Samuel H. Boardman Corridor near Brookings, and you’re going to want to visit. Check out Lone Ranch Beach:

Just 4.5 miles north of Brookings, there’s a pretty little beach that’s perfect for an Oregon coast adventure. Lone Ranch Beach is located in a protected little cove, just south of Cape Ferrelo.

Just off the shoreline, you’ll see several huge sea stacks. These rock formations provide shelter for seabirds and other wildlife. A kelp forest also attracts ocean creatures of all kinds.

Sea Lions are often spotted in this area, too! Listen for their barks, and head to the southern end of the beach to see them frolicking near the rocks.
