Each year we look forward to the holidays here in New Hampshire. From local light displays to the more professional ones we can drive there, there’s a whole lot of sparkle to see. And along with all that special sparkle we love the traditional celebrations that take place. In a year when so many things we love have been changed or cancelled to help us stay safe, we couldn’t be more excited that one annual celebration is still on!

While things might feel a bit different this Christmas, simply enjoying the city is a great way to get into the spirit. Years past we’ve loved all the fun of the large Vintage Christmas celebration. And while it’s a bit scaled back this year, things will still feel merry and bright if you can make the trip.

For one thing, the Labrie Family Skate at Puddle Dock Pond at Strawbery Banke is going strong! This natural skating rink is open now and will remain open through March, but we think visiting during the holidays is as magical as it gets.

The annual Candlelight Stroll was a hit this year and we’re thankful to have had the opportunity to enjoy it. Even if the indoor elements couldn’t take place.
