This little cafe isn’t fancy. In fact, it doesn’t even have a website or an official Facebook page. That’s because it doesn’t need one - the food here speaks for itself, and is nationally recognized.

The cafe got its start in 1963, when Mary and Tito Gonzales opened it as a small, family-owned spot for homemade cuisine. Though Tito passed away in 1990, and Mary passed in 2013, the Gonzalez family still runs this little adobe restaurant.
