This year has brought about lots of changes, including the cancellation of the Wisconsin State Fair. A beloved yearly tradition, it’s hard to imagine a year without a fair. Luckily, we don’t have to…well, sort of.
Though we can’t enjoy the fair in a traditional sense, we can still fill up on our fair food favorites – and it’s all thanks to the state’s newest pop-up drive-thru. Read on for all the details, so you don’t miss the tasty event, which won’t be around for long.
Open for business for four 4-day weekends (Thursday – Sunday) July 23rd – August 16th, the Fair Food Drive-Thru is your chance to fill up on all your favorite fair fare.

Not your typical drive-thru, this one is 2.2 miles long! As you follow the winding path through the Milwaukee Mile and State Fair Park, you’ll come across vendors selling 40 different fair foods.

The vendors change every week, so no two visits to the drive-thru are the same. And while it can take some time to make it through the entire route, a slew of hardworking volunteers keep things moving smoothly.
