Utah is home to 43 state parks, and each has its own unique attractions. The park’s campground is beautiful. Campers enjoy plenty of shade from the surrounding cottonwood trees, and a large expanse of lush grass.

The 40-site campground was recently renovated. Most sites include water and electricity, and modern restrooms with hot showers are available. Sites cost just $35 per night.

Each cabin is furnished with bunk beds and a futon couch, dining table and chairs, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Heating and air-conditioning is also included, as well as a picnic table and fire ring. Cabins cost just $75 per night.

The park is nestled right on the banks of the Green River, and you can enjoy paddling around in a kayak or canoe. It’s also a popular put-in spot for rafters. Labyrinth and Stillwater Canyons are just downstream, and the 120-mile float includes calm, still waters and rapids.

In addition to water recreation, Green River State Park has a nine-hole golf course! Tee times start at 8 a.m. and go until 6 p.m., and it’s just $13 to play.

You can also enjoy a game of disc golf on the new, 18-hole disc golf course. The cost to play is $23. Golf carts are available, and the pro shop also offers club and disc rentals, clothing, and snacks.
