Take U.S. Route 89 through the canyon along the Logan Canyon Scenic Byway, which stretches from the mouth of the canyon up to the summit, and winding down toward Bear Lake.

The canyon is full of aspens, which burst out in vibrant colors as the weather cools. The many evergreens in the canyon provide a dark green contrast to the rich autumn colors.

One of the best ways to surround yourself with the fall foliage is by taking a hike. For a fabulous fall adventure, take the 3.5-mile-long Wind Cave Trail.

The trail is rated as moderate, and you’ll experience a 1,000-foot elevation change along the way. Bring plenty of water for the hike, and don’t forget your camera - you’re going to want to capture this gorgeous autumn landscape.
