The pandemic has definitely put a wrinkle in 2020, requiring all of us to get a bit creative, especially during this holiday season. Believe! The Polar Express Experience 2020 is a walk-thru event, so you’ll get to journey through the beautifully-decorated trains and to meet all of your favorite holiday characters in tents outside of the train.

All guests will stay toasty with a cup of hot chocolate paired perfectly with a cookie. Kiddos 12 and under will also get a bell.

The train may not move, but you’ll definitely feel as though you’ve entered the magical world of The Polar Express.

All tickets are timed, and crowds will be limited to allow for social distancing. Guests, older than nine years, must wear a mask. All characters and staff will also be wearing masks.
