Way out in Lawrence, Kansas’s newest farm-to-table brewery is churning out craft brews and fresh food to match.

As a sort of farm brewery, Fields & Ivy grows wheat right here in Kansas to make the beer they serve. Though we might expect them to use Kansas wheat anyways, owning the farm is another piece of the beer puzzle to be happy about.

They make all shades of beer, and quite a few of them are often on tap. Whether that means ales, IPAs, or fruit beer.

Inside, they have the brewery and dining area, but you can also treat yourself to a nice afternoon out in the beer garden, if the weather’s right.

To round off your meal and drink, we suggest whatever they’ve got on the daily menu as dessert. Just look at that cake! Chocolate always pairs great with a beer, anyways.
