Halloween doesn’t have to be all about things that go bump in the night. At the Houston Zoo, the whole family can have a ghoulishly good time! Zoo Boo, a kid-friendly fall festival, is back for another year of fun. Wear a costume, ride the “scary-go-round,” take lots of pictures, and watch the animals play with festive props at this can’t-miss event.

Presented by LyondellBasell, Zoo Boo is back for another year of festive family-friendly frights. The fun kicked off on October 2 and will run daily thru November 1.

The month-long celebration boasts the Houston Zoo experience you know and love – with a few spooktacular twists, of course.

To comply with COVID-19 safety precautions, Zoo Boo will not feature a pumpkin patch or candy giveaways this season.

General admission tickets are $22.95 for everyone 12 and up, and $17.95 for ages 2-11 and seniors.
