In a place like Maine, getting outside during the winter months is a no-brainer. If we have to live through cold, wind and snow we might as well enjoy it! And, we think there’s no better way to soak it up than by taking advantage of all the fun that comes with the snow. But while we always enjoy a day on the slopes, our wallets tend to suffer. That’s why we were thrilled to find that one of the most lovable slopes in the state has partnered with L.L. Bean to provide an inexpensive way to ski!
While there are a fair few places to ski here in Maine, we’ve always been partial to the slightly smaller spots that tend to get less attention. One of our favorites is the Lost Valley Ski Area in Auburn!
