Ready or not, the holidays are upon us. And although that means some extra busyness, it also means plenty of opportunities to celebrate, including a trip through the magical Celebration of Lights holiday drive through in Fairmont, West Virginia.
It’s getting to be that time of year again…when it’s time to hop in the car and head to a drive-through light festival near you! And if you live anywhere close to Morris Park in Fairmont, then you’re in luck…the Celebration of Lights the park is famous for each December is going to be extra good this year.

As always, it will stretch the full length of the 1.3-mile loop through Morris Park. Along each side of the road, expect to see colorful characters and glowing scenes packed into every square foot of space.

Celebration of Lights begins the day after Thanksgiving at 6 p.m. The gate closes at 10 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online this year, and are $10 per car and $25 per bus.

If you plan to drive the 1.3-mile loop, come on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night.

If you prefer to walk the circle, you can do so on Wednesdays, for $5 per person.
