These local eateries always offer their own recipe of Cincinnati chili, as well as other diner favorites. Chili parlors are some of the best local spots to grab a bite to eat and one that’s often underrated, but incredibly tasty, is Chili Time in St. Bernard. This classic chili parlor is loved by many and discovered by new diners every day and they may just serve the best chili in Cincinnati.
The name of Chili Time restaurant in St. Bernard says it all, as this has been a favorite destination for Cincinnati-style chili for years. While it often gets overshadowed by some of the other names in the chili world, this local diner should be on everyone’s must-try list.
Guests love Chili Time for its food, but also for its classic diner appeal. There are plenty of tables and booths, as well as a counter where you can sit and chat with your server and other diners.

But it’s all about the chili here. Like all local chili parlors, they have their own recipe and many claim it’s the best in the city. You can get it over spaghetti and smothered with cheese in a 3-way, atop coneys, or any other way you like it served.
