Christmastime has evolved over the years, even in our lifetime. However, if we turn back the calendar to the 1840s, to the days of Charles Dickens, Christmas would undoubtedly have looked a lot different and certainly a lot less commercial. Instead of imagining an old-fashioned Dickens Christmas, experience it for yourself this holiday season. Plan a visit to the one-day Dickens’ Christmas in Missouri this December.
Stroll back through the pages of time to the years that Dickens’ famous A Christmas Carol was fresh on the shelves when you visit Main Street in the enchanting town of Warrensburg.
