We might be biased, but we happen to think every small town in Montana is beautiful. In a state where the largest city is less populated than most states’ mid-sized spots, it’s safe to say that small town living is what we prefer.

But we’re always happy when someone from outside the Treasure State agrees with us, which is why we were so excited to see Big Sky on a list of the 50 Most Beautiful Towns in America. Naturally, we agree with this assessment.

Big Sky is a small mountain town that sits in both Gallatin and Madison Counties, surrounded by the Rocky Mountains.
