Here in Buffalo, one of the things we anticipate most about the summertime is being able to get out onto the water while the sun is out and shining. While many of our favorite boat excursions are opening back up for the year, just as many have announced that they won’t be operating during the 2020 season as the coronavirus continues to sweep through the state. Thankfully for us here in the Queen City, a brand new tour has just begun running along the river, so grab your friends and family and head towards the water, it’s time to experience the Big Kahuna!

Now officially offering tours through the rest of the summer, Big Kahuna Tiki Tours is the largest tiki boat that the city of Buffalo has ever seen!

Though the Big Kahuna can fit up to 48 passengers under normal operations, the company is currently limiting tour capacity to 24 in light of coronavirus and social distancing concerns.

Right now, the Big Kahuna Tiki Tours offers two different tours to choose from.

First up, there the 90-minute Tiki Harbor Cruise where passengers will be treated to an exciting cruise along the water while sipping on Hawaiian cocktails, ice-cold beer, or tasty cocktails like the Sharkbite that’s full of coconut rum!

If you’re looking for a more family-friendly outing, choose the Family Tiki Cruise. It’s an hour long, follows the same route, and treats you to a Caribbean-style playlist as you’re sailing along the water.
