This massive trail spans 81.2 miles and runs through Connecticut and Massachusetts. But don’t worry — there’s no need to explore the whole thing in one day. What was once a railbed constructed by the New Haven and Northampton Company is now a gorgeous hike and bike trail.

Because the trail is not fully completed, visitors can access it from three different sections.
