Speaking of beaches, Oak Mountain State Park has two sandy beaches. The largest one (pictured) is located on the shore of Double Oak Lake. Each of the park’s beaches has bathrooms for park visitors, and the beach at Double Oak Lake offers visitors a concession stand where you can get snacks and cold drinks.
