Many things have changed since the start of the pandemic. Social distancing requirements have put the kibosh on a lot of beloved events, including several long-running local haunts. With many local haunts, including Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor and Knott’s Scary Farm, not opening for the 2020 season, getting your fill of thrills will look a bit different this year. But different doesn’t necessarily mean bad.

In fact, this year, scare-seekers will have the option of being terrified in a whole new way – a drive-through haunt.

Officially dubbed Urban Legends of Southern California, the spooktacular event will be held at OC Fair and Event Center, Wednesday – Sunday nights, beginning October 1st.

Offering a new take on the classic haunted house experience, Urban Legends of Southern California is specifically designed to be experienced from your car.

And as the name implies, it’s based on some of the state’s freakiest urban legends.
Sure to deliver some scares, the haunt uses immersive story-telling and terrifying sets to bring the state’s most infamous tales to life.

Tickets are sold on a per vehicle basis and start off at: $49.99 on Wednesdays, $59.99 on Thursdays and Sundays, $69.99 on Fridays, and $79.99 on Saturdays.
